Thank you for helping with this study. Please follow the instructions below so the device can collect a complete seven-day recording.

How long should I wear it?

Wear the device continuously for 7 days, 24 hours a day. This includes day and night, including while sleeping.

Can I wear it in water?

Yes. The device is waterproof, so you can wear it in the shower and wash your hands normally. Please dry the skin under the device afterwards.

Please keep the device on

Please do not remove the device unless it becomes too uncomfortable. The strap is designed to stay on safely. If it becomes loose or uncomfortable, please contact the study team.

What about sleep?

Please wear the device while you sleep. There is no need to remove it overnight.

Things to remember

Try not to tamper with the device. If you notice skin irritation, discomfort or any other issue, please contact the study team. After 7 days, the team will guide you on how to remove and return the device.
